TITLE Boxing Club is opening in South Tulsa; come out and try the innovative total body boxing and kickboxing POWER HOUR workout! Burn up to 1,000 calories in an each hour long fitness class. POWER HOUR fitness classes capitalize on the training and experience of professional boxers and kick-boxers.
TITLE Boxing Club classes are divided up in sections: warm up, "bell to bell" rounds, and abdominal core strength training. During each class, your trainer leads you through a workout based on boxing and kickboxing heavy bag routines. In just one hour, you'll be on your way to your personal goal: muscle toning, losing inches and burning fat. Each workout is an explosive routine that keep you energized, motivated, and having fun. RESULTS ARE GUARANTEED.
Our classes are tailored to all fitness levels and provide self defense training and techniques. Choose up to 40 explosive total body POWER HOUR workouts a month.
